Solid stem fitted with a bottom hollow stem welded on top ball raceway. Tempered and polished steel balls rotate in double ball bearing raceways. The sealed bearings in the swivel section offer quiet, maintenance-free operation.
12 mm diameter hex head bolt with lock nut.
