The Hercules caster is maintenance free and offers smooth rotation with longer life as load is distributed over a larger area. The hardened swivel section provides the strength for use in rugged applications where heavy loads are put under constant swiveling.
10 mm thick AISI 1045 steel top plate fitted with tempered integral kingpin. Main load bearing on thrust bearing and secondary load bearing on tapered roller bearing in the AISI 1045 steel yoke base.
6 mm for swivel and 8 mm for fixed pressed steel legs welded inside and outside to yoke base.
12 mm diameter high tensile hex head bolt with lock nut.
Total sealed swivel construction with zerk for bearing lubrication.
Chrome plating or zinc Plating for corrosion resistance.
25 mm diameter kingpin with slotted nut welded from top.
